I'm a Senior IT professional based in Alberta, Canada, working at the intersection of infrastructure management, cloud modernization, and practical automation. My day job involves keeping a multi-hundred-user Microsoft environment healthy — Intune, Azure AD, M365, the works.
I believe in building systems that are resilient by design, documented well enough that future-me doesn't curse past-me, and automated wherever repetition shows up. When I'm not at the keyboard, I'm wrenching on my 2013 Harley-Davidson Road King, or tackling whatever the house needs next.
